Terms of Service

By accessing or using SynqFlow's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your internal business purposes.

You may not: reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the services.

All intellectual property rights remain with SynqFlow.

You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to process it for service delivery.

Fees are based on your selected plan and number of vehicles.

Invoices are issued monthly in advance. Payment is due within 14 days.

We may suspend service for non-payment after providing notice.

All prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

We provide services 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These limitations do not apply in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

We may terminate your account for violation of these terms.

Upon termination, your access will be revoked.

Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and confidentiality survive termination.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available for consumer disputes.
