Retention periods
SynqFlow retains personal and company data only as long as needed for the service, security, administration, and legal obligations.
- Account and company data is retained while the account is active.
- Vehicles, trips, and driver data are retained while the account is active.
- After cancellation, a 30-day export period applies. After that, data is deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.
- Contact, support, and upgrade requests are retained for up to 12 months unless longer retention is needed for follow-up or a dispute.
- Audit and security logs are generally retained for 12 to 24 months for security, abuse detection, and incident investigation.
- Backups are automatically rotated according to the applicable backup policy. Data may therefore not disappear from existing backups immediately.
- If payment or invoicing functionality is added, payment and invoice data may be retained according to statutory retention periods.
Deletion requests are reviewed first in light of legal, administrative, security, or dispute-related obligations. You remain responsible for exporting your data before the account ends.
